• We reserve the right to charge late fees or pause work for unpaid invoices.

• Ownership of all materials and installations remains with Finlay Electrical until full payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Short-notice cancellations may incur a call-out fee if our team has already been dispatched.

6. Warranties & Liability

• We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer warranties in line with NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• Finlay Electrical will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of this website or our services.

• Any issues with completed work must be reported within 7 days of completion.
